Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in perfect, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will affect eligibility for return.
Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to meet the return criteria.
Return Process: Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Customized items: Due to the personalized nature of customized silver jewellery, these items are excluded from our standard return and exchange policy. Custom pieces are uniquely crafted based on individual specifications, making them difficult to resell. We encourage customers to carefully review all design details and specifications before finalizing their orders, as all sales for custom jewellery are final. This ensures that each piece is tailored to the customer’s preferences, with the understanding that it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of payment. This brief window allows us to accommodate changes before production begins on your silver jewellery. After the 24 hours period, the order is considered final, and no cancellations can be processed. This policy ensures that we can maintain the efficient creation and delivery of your jewellery while providing a small timeframe for adjustments if necessary. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders and contact us promptly if any changes are needed within this period.
