Inside the UAE
We proudly offer shipping to all areas within the UAE, ensuring that your silver jewellery reaches you quickly and safely. Our standard delivery time is 7 days, allowing us to efficiently prepare, package, and dispatch your order while maintaining the highest quality standards. This timeframe applies to all locations within the UAE, providing timely service no matter where you are located.
A flat shipping fee of 50 AED is applicable to all orders across the UAE. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, ensuring your jewellery arrives in perfect condition without any additional shipping costs on large orders.
Outside the UAE
For deliveries outside the UAE, we offer international shipping at a flat rate of 170 AED. Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on local courier services.
Customers may select their preferred currency on the website.
All products will be charged at the prices displayed at the time of purchase, except in cases of manifest or obvious pricing errors.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import-related charges may be levied depending on the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Where applicable, the shipping provider will contact the customer to arrange payment prior to releasing the shipment. Failure to settle these charges may result in the parcel being returned to us at the customer’s expense.
